Remove/Replacing Position Switch (A5S 325Z)

Note: Move selector lever to T" setting.





Unlock and remove cable plug (1).





Unscrew screw.
Remove cable plug (1) with retaining bracket.





Grip clamp bushing (1). Loosen nut (2).

Installation:
Adjust selector lever, refer to 24 00 017.





Grip cable at hexagon (1).

Unfasten nut (2).

Remove cable from bracket.

Installation:
Tightening Torque, refer to Technical Data 25 16 1 AZ.





Slacken nut (1).

Remove shift lever (2).

Installation:
Tightening Torque, refer to Technical Data 24 51 1 AZ





Unfasten screws.

Remove position switch from manual shift valve shaft.

Installation:
Pay attention to locating pin and cable routing.
