Special Tools Required:
00 1 450 Assembly Stand
11 3 350 Locating Plate
11 8 040 Locating Plate
Remove both exhaust manifolds.
Installation:
Clean sealing faces, replace gaskets.
Coat threads with copper paste.
Replace nuts.
Tightening torque, refer to Specifications, Mechanical.
Secure engine with special tool 11 8 040 (locating plate) to special tool 00 1 450 (assembly stand).
Note: Special tool 11 3 350 (locating plate) can also be used after machining.
