Intake Manifold: Installing
2005 Audi A6 3.2 TSECTION Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
NOTE:
- Replace gaskets and O-rings.
- Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.
- During installation, all cable ties must be re-installed at the same location.
- Replace intake manifold seals, be careful of locating pins when doing so.
- Be aware of the alignment pins when setting the intake manifold in place.
- Tightening Specifications. Refer to Intake Manifold Assembly OverviewΒ .
- Tighten intake manifold bolts in 2 steps:
