SERVICE INFORMATION
Due to a text error in the current USA/CDN/6 program card, an incorrect description of an O2-Sensor DTC can occur. Listed below are the correct descriptions to all of the O2-Sensor DTC's in question. All Audi and Volkswagen Dealers can use their current USA/CDN/6 program cards as long as they use the correct descriptions for the O2 DTC's listed below or in the repair manual.
To correct the current USA/CDN/6 program cards, VWoA will shortly send out new USA/CDN/6 replacement cards to all Audi and Volkswagen Dealers free of charge. Upon receiving your new USA/CDN/6 replacement card, please send back the defective card to Zelenda Tool Company using the self addressed pre-post marked mail packet which will be included with your new USA/CDN/6 replacement card. All Audi and Volkswagen Dealers are required to send back the defective program card.
