Interior Lights Switch Test/Replacement
2008 Acura RDXSECTION Interior Lights Switch Test/Replacement
- Carefully pry off the lens with a small screwdriver (see FRONT INDIVIDUAL MAP LIGHT REPLACEMENTΒ ).
- Pull down the roof console (A) holding the center part of the roof console.
- Remove the moonroof switch (see MOONROOF SWITCH TEST/REPLACEMENT ).
- Disconnect the 20P connector (B) from the roof console.
- Check for continuity between the terminals in each interior light switch position according to Fig 2.NOTE:
- Before testing, check the front individual map light bulb(s).
- When check for continuity across the diode, use the diode setting on the digital volt/ohm meter to check the diode bias.
