Retrieving Trouble Codes

NOTE: Trouble codes can be retrieved with Honda PGM Tester or with SCS Service Connector (07PAZ-0010100).
  1. Connect SCS Service Connector (07PAZ-0010100) or Honda PGM Tester to 2-pin service check connector located under glove box. See Figure . Without depressing brake pedal, turn ignition switch to ON position. ABS indicator light will come on for 2-second bulb check and then pause for 4 seconds before blinking first DTC. Record blinking ABS indicator light sequence. See Figure .
  2. First code number indicates main code and second code number indicates sub code. To recheck sequence, cycle ignition off and then on again. After DTCs have been retrieved, conduct appropriate test procedures. If light does not flash DTC(s), go to ABS INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINS ON, BUT DOES NOT FLASH TROUBLEΒ  CODES.
