Sim Card Holder
The holder for the customer's private SIM card is located up on the inside of the glove compartment on the left-hand side.
The SIM card holder is directly connected to the Phone module (PHM).
The SIM-card holder can be diagnosed. On certain models the SIM-card holder is installed but has no function.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
