The keyless vehicle module (KVM) contains a number of internal programs. This facilitates the management of certain functions. These can be activated using the software manager. The internal programs are:

  • Checking the keyless system.  The program checks all connected units and components. If the control module detects a fault during these checks, the result will be displayed in the diagnostic tool window.
  • Erase all passive remote keys.  The program erases all programmed remote keys. Those remote keys which will still be used by the keyless entry system must be added using the "Add passive remote key" procedure.
  • Add passive remote key.  Adds a passive remote key to the system.
