Checking Components And Wiring
If the car is equipped with a 10-pin connector
Check the cable between door control module terminal #10B and power door mirror terminal #4 for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS , check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO SUPPLY VOLTAGE. PERMANENT FAULTS .
Check the cable between door control module terminal #8B and power door mirror terminal #6 for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS .
If the car is equipped with a 16-pin connector
Check the cable between door control module terminal #10B and power door mirror terminal #6 for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS , check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO SUPPLY VOLTAGE. PERMANENT FAULTS .
Check the cable between door control module terminal #8B and power door mirror terminal #13 for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS .
Remedy as necessary.
