Parameters, status
Note! When reading off signals activated by the trailer module (TRM), there should not be any trailer connectors plugged into the socket of the vehicle's tow hitch. The trailer connector may only be plugged into the socket if the cable harness and its connectors are checked and fault-free.The socket for the tow hitch connector is available in several variants with different numbers of poles. The output signals for back-up (reversing) lamps, fog lamps and charging (+12 V) is market dependent.
Tow hitch connector connected
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) registers that the tow hitch connector is connected to the socket.
Yes = tow hitch connector is connected.
No = tow hitch connector is not connected.
Back-up (reversing) lamps
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the back-up (reversing) lamp.
On = back-up (reversing) lamp activated.
Off = back-up (reversing) lamp not activated.
Fog lamps
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the fog lamp.
On = fog lamp activated.
Off = fog lamp not activated.
Parking lamps
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the parking lamp.
On = parking lamps activated.
Off = parking lamps not activated.
Stop lamp, right

On = right-hand stop lamp activated.
Off = right-hand stop lamp not activated.
Stop lamp, left
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the left-hand stop lamp.
On = left-hand stop lamp activated.
Off = left-hand stop lamp not activated.
Stop lamp, input signal
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) receives an input signal for the stop lamp from the central electronic module (CEM).
On = input signal for stop lamp received.
Off = input signal for stop lamp not received.
Right turn signal lamp
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the right-hand turn signal lamp.
On = right-hand turn signal lamp activated.
Off = right-hand turn signal lamp not activated.
Left turn signal lamp
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the left-hand turn signal lamp.
On = left-hand turn signal lamp activated.
Off = left-hand turn signal lamp not activated.
Charging
Indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for charging (+12 V).
On = charging (+12 V) activated.
Off = charging (+12 V) not activated.
