All values indicated below are between respective connection in column 1 and #A9 (#39 on the breakout box). If this is not the case, it is indicated within brackets.
Connector A (16-pin) corresponds to #31 - #46 on the breakout box.
Connector B (22-pin to transmission) corresponds to #1 - #22 on the breakout box.
Note! Connect the breakout box and check the ground terminals before taking readings.
