Fault-Tracing Information
The customer may experience that different settings in Road Traffic Information (RTI) are lost during the night or after a short stop.
The symptoms that can occur are:
- Indicated route disappears after shut-off.
- The guide is started over from a new place after restart of the system.
- All stored places disappear.
- All settings return to original position.
- Map settings are changed.
- The system is restarted for no reason.
A new software that solves the problems has been released and came into production 200948.
Action
Order the latest service disc for your region as follows, to program the unit with new software.
Service discs are divided into the following regions:

When to See a Mechanic
