Note! First investigate the diagnostic trouble codes that are stored in the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and see if they could be the cause of the symptoms reported by the customer.
Problems with hard or slipping shifts at low temperatures can be remedied via a software update. Go to the SOFTWARE tab and perform a software update, not reload!
Hint: If it is not possible to order an upgrade this means that the latest available software is already installed in the vehicle. If the software can be updated, this can solve the customer's problem.
