Condition
Motor 2 controls the backrest rake. Motor 2 must be activated before the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSM-0032 is stored if motor 2 does not run despite M2+ being activated and the power seat module registering +12 V on the M2+ signal cable.
Possible source
- Open-circuit in signal cable M2+.
- Blown fuse (11C/4).
Fault symptom[s]
- The angle of the backrest cannot be adjusted.
