The MEM memory button must be activated before the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSM-002B is stored if a memory button has been activated for longer than 60 seconds.
Possible source
- A memory button has jammed in the pressed in position.
- Defective control panel.
