Hint: If incorrect software is downloaded into the central electronic module (CEM) the car may incorrectly believe that it is equipped with cruise control. This may cause diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-922C to be stored.

Check for other controller area network (CAN) diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the system, otherwise replace the steering wheel module (SWM).
