Condition
Diagnostic functions in the engine control module (ECM) may activate substitute values that result in fuel shut-off. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the engine control module (ECM) detects that fuel shut-off has been activated by the diagnostic function to such an extent that emissions may be negatively affected
