Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information ECM-210F
Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers that the measured lambda value deviates too much from its target value.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed if the following conditions are met:
- Engine coolant temperature (ECT) above 70 °C (engine at operating temperature)
- fuel trim active
- Normal highway driving
- Engine speed between 1700-2500 rpm.
Substitute value
- The fuel trim is shut off.
Possible source
- Damaged front heated oxygen sensor (HO2S).
Fault symptom[s]
- Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) lit.
