Overview - Attachments For Heater And A/C Unit And Air Intake Housing
There are different versions and manufacturers of the heater and A/C units. Individual components of the different heater and A/C units are similar but not the same. Interchanging components from different manufacturers is not permitted. Refer to Parts Information.
A "Valeo" air intake housing is shown in the following illustration. Refer to IDENTIFICATION for the different manufacturers' distinguishing characteristics of the heater and A/C units.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
