A/C Compressor, Removing And Installing: Notes
Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Torque Wrench, 6-50Nm :VAG 1331A
- Engine Bung Set :VAS6122
- A/C Service Station
- Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
If a new A/C compressor is installed, an A/C compressor first start must be performed using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester .
Do not loosen the refrigerant pipes on the A/C compressor if only the sub-assembly bracket is being removed. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .

When to See a Mechanic
