A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280
Switch pressures, removing and installing switches as well as switch arrangement and version. Refer to vehicle specific refrigerant circuit SYSTEM OVERVIEW - REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT .
- The regulator valve is installed in the A/C compressor. It is activated for example by the A/C Control Module -J301-, the Front A/C Display Control Head -E87- or the Climatronic Control Module -J255- (depending on the vehicle, possibly via the data bus and an additional control module). Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the A/C system"Guided Fault Finding"Β function and refer to the Refrigerant Circuit (vehicle-specific Service Information).
- Pressure on the low pressure side is influenced by the regulator valve and thus regulates the temperature in the evaporator.
The A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280- is a component of the A/C compressor and cannot be replaced separately on all A/C compressors. Refer to the Parts Information.
