U1900 - CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) COMMUNICATION BUS FAULT - RECEIVE ERROR

Description:  The powertrain control module (PCM) continuously monitors the CAN for module-to-module communication. This DTC is set when the message received is out of expected range or contains invalid data.
