The 6 speed manual transmission 02Q is installed with either a 4 cylinder diesel engine or a 4 cylinder gas engine, in the following:
- Jetta from Model Year (MY) 05 through 10
- Jetta Sport Wagon (US)/Jetta Wagon (Canada) for MY 09
- Jetta Sport Wagon (US)/Golf Wagon (Canada) from MY 10
- Jetta from MY 11
