- Thrust Piece VW 423
- Torque Wrench 5-50 Nm V.A.G 1331
- Tube 37 mm Diameter T10203
- Sleeve
- Gearshift Shaft with Gearshift Cover
- Replace together
- Locking Elbow
- Relay Lever
- Installed position, refer to Figure
- Plastic relay lever as of 05/2007. Refer to PLASTIC RELAY LEVER
- Bearing Bushing
- Not needed for the plastic relay lever
- Seal
- For the selector shaft
- Pry out with a screwdriver
- Inserting, refer to Fig 4
- Cap
- For the transmission ventilation
- Selector Lever
- Installing Figure.
- Can be replaced with the shift mechanism still installed
- Installed position Figure
- Adjust the gearshift mechanism after installing. Refer to SELECTOR MECHANISM, ADJUSTING
- Hexagon Nut, 23 Nm
- Self-locking
- Replace after removing
- Lock Washer
- Replace after removing
- Not needed for the plastic relay lever
-- Remove the outer part of the locking elbow.
-- Pry out the locking elbow with a screwdriver.
Installed position:
Marking -1- faces toward marking -2- on selector cover.
