  1. Windshield
    • Removing and Installing, refer to WINDSHIELDΒ .
  2. PUR Adhesive Sealant
    • Bead cross section: -Width b- = 6.5 mm -Height a- Height = 10 mm (including the the precoating, residual material on the window and the window flange)
    • Minimum curing time, refer to MINIMUM CURING TIME FOR BONDED WINDOWSΒ .
  3. Body Flange
  4. Gap Dimension
    • Must be the same on the left and right sides
  5. Gap Dimension
    • Must be even
  6. Window Adjuster
    • 443 845 631 A
  7. Retainer
    • is a part of the windshield
  8. Plenum Chamber Cover
    • Must only be pulled out of binding profile by hand.
    • Removing and installing, refer to PLENUM CHAMBER COVER .
  9. Adhesive Bead End
    • Apply the adhesive bead in this area
