After assembly work or when first operating, headlamp cleaning system must be ventilated to ensure proper function of lift cylinders and spray nozzles.

-- Fill tank for window washer system and headlamp cleaning system.

-- Start the engine.

-- Switch the headlamps to "ON".

-- Operate headlamp cleaning system several times (3-5 impulses for every 3 second period).

-- If necessary, repeat this ventilation procedure until proper function of lift cylinders and spray nozzles is obtained.
