This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

  • Air cleaner assembly (including air cleaner element).
  • Air inlet tube.
  • Clean air tube hose and resonator (9F763).
  • Intake manifold runner control (IMRC) sensor (9L492).
  • Intake manifold runner control (IMRC) actuator (9J995).
  • Harness circuits: IMRC, IMRCM, SIGRTN, PWRGND, VREF, and VPWR.
  • Powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650).
