Test Step 2 - Open Circuit
2011 Volkswagen Routan SESECTION Test Step 2 - Open Circuit
- Turn the ignition off.
- Disconnect the ESP switch.
- Using a test lamp connected to 12 volts, check the ground circuit.
Does the test lamp illuminate brightly?
Yes
- Go to Test Step 3 - Check for Stuck ESP Switch
No
- Repair ground circuit for an open or high resistance.
- Perform the ABS Verification Test.
