Test Step 4 - Check The (D52) And (D51) CAN C Bus Circuits For An Open
2010 Volkswagen Routan SSECTION Test Step 4 - Check The (D52) And (D51) CAN C Bus Circuits For An Open
- Disconnect the TIPM C7 harness connector.
- Measure the resistance of the (D51) CAN C Bus (-) circuit between the PEM C1 harness connector and the TIPM C7 harness connector.
- Measure the resistance of the (D52) CAN C Bus (+) circuit between the PEM C1 harness connector and the TIPM C7 harness connector.
Are the resistances below 5.0 Ohms?
Yes
- Replace the PEM in accordance with the Service Information.
- Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
No
- Repair the open in the (D52) or (D51) CAN C Bus circuit.
- Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
