Engine Block Heater: Installing
-- Clean block core hole and heater seat.
-- Insert heater block (1) assembly.
-- With block heater seated, tighten bolt to 12 Nm (106 in.lbs.) to assure a positive seal.
-- Install power cord plug to block heater (1).
-- Fill cooling system with coolant to the proper level. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLINGΒ .
