• After disassembling, always replace needle bearing in clutch housing and reverse gear shaft support.
1 Clutch housing
2 Needle sleeve
• Pulling out => [ Pulling needle bearing out of clutch housing ] Reverse Gear Shaft
• Pressing in => [ Pressing needle sleeve into clutch housing ] Reverse Gear Shaft
3 Reverse gear drive gear
4 Circlip
• Always replace after removing
5 Shift gear for reverse gear
• Remove circlip before replacing
• Shoulder faces toward reverse gear drive gear
6 Reverse gear shaft
• Removing => [ Transmission ] Transmission.
7 Needle sleeve
• Pressing out => [ Pressing needle bearing out of reverse gear
shaft support ] Reverse Gear Shaft
• Pressing in => [ Pressing needle bearing in reverse gear shaft support ] Reverse Gear Shaft
8 Reverse gear shaft support
• Removing and installing => [ Transmission ] Transmission.
