When installing a new radio navigation system, electronic antitheft system must be activated.

-- During normal radio navigation system operation, press MENΒ  button twice, the unit then switches to setup menu.

-- Mark in "SECURITY" setup menu the menu item "CODE" and press right rotary/push knob.

Anti-theft system is activated/deactivated. Current condition is shown behind "CODE". As a security request, anti-theft code must be entered. Basic setting is "OFF", that is, anti-theft coding is not activated.
