Towing Recognition Control Module - J345- Output Diagnostic Test Mode Bulbs, From My 10
Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Trailer socket tester -VAS 5800-
- The wiring guides for the towing recognition control module -J345- to the trailer socket -U10- are checked with this test.
Procedure
Connect the Vehicle diagnostic tester.
Select Guided Fault Finding .
Use the GO TO button to select the "function/component selection" and the following menu options one after the other:
- Body
- Body repair procedures
- 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems
- 69 - Towing recognition J345
- Towing recognition functions
- Output diagnostic test mode bulbs
