Intermediate Shaft

- Kukko Separating Tool 15-2
Pressing off bearing
-- Press the bearing off from the intermediate shaft as shown in the illustration.
The jaws of the Kukko separating tool 15-2 must face toward the shaft.

When pressing out, hold the shaft tightly.
Pressing on Bearing
-- Press the bearing onto the intermediate shaft up to the stop as shown in the illustration.
- Press piece T10032
- Intermediate shaft

- Press piece 3118
- Thrust plate VW 401
- Kukko separating tool 15-2
- Thrust plate VW 402
The recess -arrow- of the 3118 must face toward the bearing.
