1 - 20 Nm plus an additional 1/4turn (90 ° ) 

2 - Rocker arm axle 

3 - Lock nut, 30 Nm 

4 - Adjustment bolt 

  • Replace when installing a new Pump-Injector Unit and if traces of wear are present
  • Grease contact surface to ball pin of Pump-Injector Unit with G 000 100
  • Adjusting. Refer to Pump-Injector Unit, removing and installing  , removing and installing Pump-Injector Unit

5 - Pump-Injector Unit 

6 - O-ring 

  • Always replace

7 - O-ring 

  • Always replace

8 - O-ring 

  • Always replace

9 - Heat protection seal 

  • Always replace

10 - Snap ring 

11 - Cylinder head 

12 - Tension block 

13 - 12 Nm plus an additional 3/4turn (270 ° ) 

  • Always replace
