Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory, erasing (function 05): Prerequisites
- Check DTC memory.
- All malfunctions repaired.
After checking DTC memory:
Readout in display:
- Press buttons -0- and -5- to select function 05, "Erase DTC memory".
Readout in display:
- Press -Q- button to confirm input.
Indicated on display: (DTC Memory is erased)
- Press --> button.
Indicated on display (select function):
- End output (function 06). See END OUTPUT (FUNCTION 06)Β .
- If this appears in display, test sequence is malfunctioning.
- If this appears in display, test sequence is malfunctioning.

When to See a Mechanic
