- Lock driver's door with key and pull all latch knobs up within 12 seconds.
- 12 seconds after locking, the central locking system pump and control module -V69- must run, and all doors should be locked again.
- After another 15 seconds, pull all latch knobs up in succession (wait at least 24 seconds after locking with key).
- It must not be possible to pull the latch knobs into the unlocked position. The pump starts up and pulls the latch knob back. At the same time, the door latch is deactivated and it is no longer possible to open the door.
- In this process, there is an audible locking sound as the door latches are deactivated.
- The doors are locked and secured, the rear lid is locked and the fuel filler flap is latched.
- Repeat the test starting with the passenger door.
