Compact Generator (GEN) 05.99 > 06.00

As of model year 2000, compact generators are being implemented with new structures and new terminal assignments.

External characteristics of the new compact generators that differ from the previously used compact generators, include:
- modified Voltage Regulator (VR)
- oval, radially sealed connector mount for the 2-pin connector housing in place of the previous, angular 2-pin plug connection
- modified terminal assignments at connections
