Tightening Specifications
Main Bearing Cap Bolt 30 Nm (22 ft lb) + 1/2 turn (180°)
NOTE:
^ Always replace
^ Two 90° turns to achieve the extra 1/2 turn is permissible
Dimensional Specifications
Crankshaft:
Axial Clearance
New 0.07 to 0.23 mm
Wear limit 0.30 mm
Radial Clearance With Plastigage
New 0.02 to 0.06 mm
Wear Limit 0.10 mm
NOTE: Do Not Rotate Crankshaft While Checking Radial Clearance
Crankshaft Journal Dimensions:
Main Journal 59.958 to 59.978 mm
Connecting Rod Journal 53.958 to 53.978 mm
