1 Remove air flow sensor.
2 Center-punch plug in CO adjusting screw bore.
3 Drill a 2.5 mm (3/32 in.) hole in center of plug 3 - 4 mm (9/64 - 5/32 in.) deep. Clean up any metal shavings.
4 Screw in a sheet metal screw.
5 Using pliers, remove plug with screw.
6 Install intake air sensor. After adjusting CO level, install new concealment plug flush with air flow sensor.
