Inspection [11/2018 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY
- Inspect EV mode switch (Integration Control and Panel Assembly)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
*a Component without harness connected
(EV Mode Switch (Integration Control and Panel Assembly))Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G32-6 (S) - G32-13 (GND) EV mode switch (integration control and panel assembly) being pushed and held Below 1 Ω EV mode switch (integration control and panel assembly) not pushed 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the EV mode switch (integration control and panel assembly).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Inspect NORMAL mode switch (Integration Control and Panel Assembly)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
*a Component without harness connected
(NORMAL Mode Switch (Integration Control and Panel Assembly))Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G32-8 (B) - G32-13 (GND) NORMAL mode switch (integration control and panel assembly) being pushed and held Below 1 Ω NORMAL mode switch (integration control and panel assembly) not pushed 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the NORMAL mode switch (integration control and panel assembly).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Inspect SPORT mode switch (Integration Control and Panel Assembly)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
*a Component without harness connected
(SPORT Mode Switch (Integration Control and Panel Assembly))Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G32-9 (P) - G32-13 (GND) SPORT mode switch (integration control and panel assembly) being pushed and held Below 1 Ω SPORT mode switch (integration control and panel assembly) not pushed 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the SPORT mode switch (integration control and panel assembly).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Inspect the illumination:
- Apply battery voltage to the integration control and panel assembly and check that the switch illuminates.
