Inner Rear View Mirror Assembly Communication Stop Mode [08/2020 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY BRANCH LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Disconnect the inner rear view mirror assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

(to Inner Rear View Mirror Assembly) - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [12/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2022 - 10/2023] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2023 - ]
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
