Inspection [11/2018 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (MULTI-TERRAIN SELECT SWITCH)
- Inspect the multi-terrain select switch:
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 8 (B) - 13 (GND) NORMAL mode switch being pushed and held Below 1 Ω NORMAL mode switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher 18 (B) - 17 (E) ROCK & DIRT mode switch being pushed and held 0.5 to 0.52 kΩ ROCK & DIRT mode switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher 18 (B) - 17 (E) MUD & SAND mode switch being pushed and held 1.97 to 2.05 kΩ MUD & SAND mode switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (multi-terrain select switch).
- Inspect the illumination:
Apply battery voltage to the integration control and panel assembly (multi-terrain select switch) and check that the switch illuminates.

Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → Terminal 12 (ILL+)
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1 (ILL-)Illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (multi-terrain select switch).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Inspect the multi-terrain select switch:
