Reassembly [11/2018 - ]: Procedure

2020 Toyota RAV4 XLE, AWDSECTION Procedure
  1. INSTALL NO. 2 BACK DOOR GARNISH RETAINER 
    1. Attach the guide to set the No. 2 back door garnish retainer.

    2. Using a T20H "TORX" driver, install the "TORX" screw.
  2. INSTALL REAR LIGHT GASKET 
    1. Install a new rear light gasket.

  3. INSTALL REAR LIGHT LED LH 
    1. Align the matchmark of the rear light LED LH with the unlock position mark, and then turn the rear light LED LH clockwise until the lock position mark to install it.

      *b Unlock Position Mark
      *c Lock Position Mark
      Turn in this Direction
    2. Using a T20H "TORX" driver, install the "TORX" screw.

  4. INSTALL REAR LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE LH 
    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.
    3. Attach the claw to connect the connector.
  5. INSTALL BACK-UP LIGHT BULB 
    1. Install the back-up light bulb to the bulb socket.

      Install in this Direction
    2. Align the bulb socket to the unlock position mark, and then turn the bulb socket clockwise until the lock position mark to connect the bulb socket.

      *b Lock Position Mark
      Turn in this Direction
    3. Attach the wire harness clamp.
  6. INSTALL REAR LIGHT GASKET 
    1. Install new 3 rear light gaskets.
