Remote Up / Down Function does not Operate [06/2016 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (WINDOW LOCK SWITCH)
- Turn the window lock switch off and operate the switches on the power window regulator master switch assembly. Check that the remote UP/DOWN function operates normally.

- Turn the window lock switch off and operate the switches on the power window regulator master switch assembly. Check that the remote UP/DOWN function operates normally.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.
- Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.MASTER SWITCH

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY - POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the E8 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
- Disconnect the F6 power window regulator switch assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance (Check for Open)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition E8-2 (UART) - F6-2 (UART) Always Below 1 Ω Standard Resistance (Check for Short)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition E8-2 (UART) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
