NOTE:
  • When there is a malfunction in the auto access seat, use independent operation mode to ingress the auto access seat. In this case, until the auto access seat has completed the ingress operation, do not disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
  • When there is a malfunction in the auto access seat, before beginning the troubleshooting procedure, first perform initialization. Refer to INITIALIZATION and verify the auto access seat operation. If the seat is still malfunctioning, perform the troubleshooting procedure.
  • After inspecting and repairing the auto access seat, be sure to perform initialization. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
  • After performing initialization, be sure to inspect the operation of the auto access seat. Refer to OPERATION CHECK .
  • Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
