2AZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for 4WD)

(a) Check the resistance.





(1) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

Standard Resistance:





If the resistance is not as specified, replace the heated oxygen sensor.

2. INSPECT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for 2WD)

(a) Check the resistance.





(1) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

Standard Resistance:





If the resistance is not as specified, replace the heated oxygen sensor.
