HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: RELAY (for Magnet Clutch Control): ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
2. REMOVE MAGNET CLUTCH RELAY
(a) Remove the magnet clutch relay from the engine room relay block.
3. INSPECT MAGNET CLUTCH RELAY
(a) Measure the resistance of the magnet clutch relay.
Standard Resistance:
* If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
4. INSTALL MAGNET CLUTCH RELAY
(a) Install the magnet clutch relay to the engine room relay block.
5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
