DESCRIPTION
The smart key system uses the wireless door lock buzzer to perform various vehicle exterior warnings. When the conditions of each warning are met, the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) sends a buzzer signal to the wireless buzzer, and the wireless door lock buzzer sounds.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
Before performing the inspection, check that there are no problems related to the "CAN Communication System" and "LIN Communication System".
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK WIRELESS DOOR LOCK BUZZER OPERATION
(a) When the wireless operation is used to lock and unlock the doors, check that the wireless door lock buzzer sounds normally Operation Check.
OK:
Operates normally.
NG -- GO TO WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM Service Precautions
OK -- REPLACE CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY) Removal
