41. CONNECT CONNECTOR

(a) Reconnect the F21 No. 6 junction connector connector.

42. CHECK FOR SHORT IN CAN BUS WIRES (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU)





(a) Disconnect the F12 clearance warning ECU connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE CONNECTED TO CLEARANCE WARNING ECU (CANH, CANL)

OK -- REPLACE CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY Removal

43. CONNECT CONNECTOR

(a) Reconnect the E68 No. 5 junction connector connector.

44. CHECK FOR SHORT IN CAN BUS WIRES (SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU)





(a) Disconnect the E42 seat belt control ECU connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU Removal

45. CONNECT CONNECTOR

(a) Reconnect the E68 No. 5 junction connector connector.

46. CHECK FOR SHORT IN CAN BUS WIRES (YAW RATE SENSOR)





(a) Disconnect the E50 yaw rate sensor connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

48. CHECK FOR SHORT IN CAN BUS WIRES (4WD CONTROL ECU)





(a) Disconnect the A27 4WD control ECU connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
